Are you looking to fly the coop, escape the nest? Chickenfish.TV is looking to fill the following positions. You don't have to swim like a fish, but you do have to be independent, self-motivated, and able to keep your head in a crisis!
February 2010: Writer's Assistant / Researcher
You have a solid background, including being trained in the use of language, media, and print. Preferably you will have a tertiary qualification that incorporates English literature, or relates to "communications" as a discipline and/or media studies. You should also have a good understanding of web-based publishing and related technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft WORD and Adobe Acrobat with ability to layout books, documents, and make/edit PDF's in Acrobat is essential.
Proven ability is paramount over and above qualifications.

February 2010: Web Designer / Programmer
To create, update and manage multiple websites for Daiyat.com Ltd and external clients. Must have:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Good design background with ability to use PhotoShop confidently
- Experience in PHP, Javascript, AJAX, MySQL, Actionscript, Flash, XML and other web programming tools
- High Degree of competence and knowledge with CMS systems like Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla
- Web and iPhone Application development programming knowledge will be a plus
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently
- Min. 2 years' experience.
